About this plant

Known as the “Quaalup Bell” this species stands out as arguably the most spectacular of the Pimelea genus with its large pendulous flowers with stunning two-toned colour. Due to its limited range along the Fitsgerald River region it is as classified Priority Four and has protections in place against flower picking and land clearing. While cuttings can be used to propagate, grafting onto the sturdier Pimelea Ferruginea root stock will result in a healthier and longer-lived plant.
