Banksia ericifolia

About this plant

Known as the “Heath-leaved Banksia”, this large bushy shrub from New South Wales grows to 4-7m high. It is highly adaptable, being hardy and frost tolerant. It prefers well drained soils in full sun but tolerates wet environments. Gorgeous red-orange flower spikes appear in early spring and reach 30cm long and 6cm wide.
